Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
We realize that plans change and you may have to cancel or change your appointment time. We understand. Please give us a 24-hour notice of any changes or cancellations.

Reservation Policy:
Appointments for services over $50 may require credit card information. Please arrive on-time to ensure that you recieve your service experience in the fashion we intend to deliver it. If you are running late, we will do everything to accomodate you. If you are beyond 15 minutes late, we may have to modify or reschedule your service.
Reminder Phone Calls:
If you choose to participate in our online verification system you will recieve a confirmation text message or email prior to your appointment. If you choose to opt out of this service, two days prior to your appointment you will receive a call from a front desk coordinator to remind you of your reservation.
